Mr. Arif Malik has over 15 years of experience in administration and managing the human resource department at various renowned organizations. His core competencies are developing strategies from HR and administration’s perspective while ensuring high quality HR support and decision-making, including in the areas of organizational development, job design, internal mobility and disciplinary proceedings.
Being a member of the management team at New Horizon, Mr. Malik has a deep impact on the organizational decisions with his good fore-sighting and analytical capabilities. His other proficiencies such as budgeting and cost control in both HR and Administrative areas are gained through his previous experience as an auditor as well. His knowledge and experience helped New Horizon embark milestones in preceding years.
Other than this Mr. Malik has been provided an additional responsibility for heading the Sales department as well. With his expertise in management part and foremost knowledge and capabilities he is handed over this role.
